As long as your image source also supports it, the quality will go up to 1080p or Full HD. You can put it in the back of almost any screen and TV, conditions are an HDMI and USB port. It is very quick and intuitive to install. It is very small and easy to carry, it fits in your jacket pocket.
When I move the mouse, I don't want it to move on the image until a second or two later, which is often the case with other devices. This was also one of the main reasons for buying this adapter for me. This is very nice with windows continuum.
